Please provide your information so we can schedule a free assessment class. During this class, we will evaluate the player's tennis skills, athletic abilities, attitude, and more. This helps us place them in the training program, training plan and group class that best aligns with their individual strengths, goals, and your family's specific needs and preferences. ​

TAKE THE ASSESMENT CLASS CONSIDERING:

The Assessment Class lasts approximately 45 minutes, so please arrive on time, as the session is limited in duration.

Depending on space availability, the Assessment Class may be conducted individually or in a small group setting.

If you have a tennis racket, please bring it with you. If not, our coach will provide one for the session and offer recommendations on selecting the right racket based on your needs.

At the end of the class, the coach will share information about our Tennis Programs, policies, requirements, and schedule options. We’ll also take time to learn about your personal goals and expectations.

Following the Assessment, we will place you in the appropriate Program Level. Within a few hours, we’ll contact you to discuss training plans, available spots, and the group that best matches your skills, objectives, and schedule.

SIGN AND SEND US THE REGISTRATION FORM...

Once you’ve chosen and confirmed the proposed training plan and schedule, please print, review, and sign the Registration Form. Then, email it to us at shockwavetennis@gmail.com.

Upon receiving your completed Registration Form, your registration will be finalized, and the player will be officially enrolled in our Academy.
